Job Title: Uniform Room Supervisor
Job Pay Rate: $18.50-$19.000 per hour
Job Summary:

As a member of the Uniforms team, you will ensure team member satisfaction through prompt and efficient service in a courteous and professional manner. This position oversees and supports the operation of the uniform room.

What you will be doing:
- Maintains accurate filing system for uniform issues and controls uniform inventory.
- Works with department heads in purchasing new uniforms and maintaining inventory levels.
- Ensures all employees are uniformed appropriately.
- Communicate with all departments to ensure all uniform needs are met.
- Monitor and ensure cleaning and re-distribution is accomplished in a timely manner.
- Inspect new uniforms upon delivery.
- Ensure correct quantity is received in correct sizes and quality of uniform upon delivery.
- Creates work schedules and monitors payroll.
- Ensure department is staffed appropriately.
- Assist in all uniform department areas as necessary.
- Ensure prompt, efficient service to our team members.
- Maintain a good working relationship with all employees.
What we are looking for:
- High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED); or related experience and/or training.
- Ideal candidate will have previous experience with providing exceptional customer service
- The employee is required to lift/pull/push up to 50 pounds and 100 pounds with assistance.
- Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic team member who works well with others
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
