As an Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation and exceptional service delivery of our organization.

Looking for an individual who has experience managing and operating a Non Medical Home Care PCA company or a Group Home. Knowledge with policy and procedures and running the day to day operations of the company. Must have the ability to be independent and accomplish company goals and objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Client Management: Coordinate client intake process, assess needs, and develop personalized care plans in collaboration with clients and their families.
• Staff Supervision: Recruit, train, and supervise caregivers, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.
• Scheduling and Coordination: Manage client schedules and caregiver assignments, ensuring adequate coverage and timely service delivery.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct regular quality assurance checks, client assessments, and caregiver evaluations to maintain high standards of care.
• Financial Management: Oversee billing, invoicing, and payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Compliance and Documentation: Maintain accurate client records, documentation, and compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Client and Family Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families, addressing concerns and providing exceptional customer service.
• Community Outreach: Represent the company in the local community, networking with referral sources and promoting our services.

Qualifications:
CPR and First Aid
TB Test
Experience in PCA companies
Have reliable transportation

Pay: $2,000.00 - $3,000.00 per month
