Position Overview:
The Urban Planner will be responsible for independently collecting, assimilating, and managing land use and regulatory planning, community planning, and urban design project information for the team; prepare project requirements, constraints, and opportunity mapping and required analysis; assist in the preparation for and participation in client and public information meetings, site data collection visits, stakeholder interviews, charrettes, and in-progress reviews; prepare viable courses of action alternatives for evaluation including proposed plans for Department of Defense (DoD) facilities and installation requirements; and prepare high-quality illustrations and narratives for master plans and site-specific area development plans. The position will support federal and non-federal projects while ensuring delivery of the highest level of geospatial services and products for our clients.
