- Maintain new- and used-vehicle inventory appearance and performance by cleaning interior and exterior of vehicles
- Wash vehicles for display and for customer delivery
- Overseeing daily porter activities for sales and service
- Oversee the effective operation of the service drive
- Schedule shuttles, customer drop offs and other needed runs
- Manage all porter responsibilities
- Handle all porters scheduling
- Responsible for interviewing potential employees
- Responsible for badging vehicles
- Review and measure employee performance and recommend corrective actions
- Places vehicles in proper inventory position as directed
- Ensures walkways and entrances to showroom are free of debris, ice and snow at all times
- Performs other related duties as assigned
- Ability to lift 35 pounds from the ground
- Ability to physically strain to move large objects (i.e. pushing in a dead vehicle)
- Ability to stand on feet for multiple hours at a time
- Ability to crouch, kneel, bend over
- Fine motor skills to operate hand tools, computers, small parts
- Gross motor skills of holding hands above head for an extended period of time
- Ability to withstand sudden light changes, and stimuli from computer/tablet screen
- Ability to see fine details in small components
- Current and valid Driver's License
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screens (Background & Drug)
