Our team is growing! We are looking to bring on a second Parts Manager to focus on our Tractor & Heavy Equipment segment.

Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

• Order and receive parts from multiple vendors
• Help match customers with the right parts for their tractors, excavators, and other machines
• Check people out with parts / over the counter items
• Check availability of parts inventory in our DMS system for customers
• Assist walk in-customers
• Answer phone calls
• Keep showroom & parts storage areas looking good and organized
• Process internal orders from the service department
• Source parts from OEM and aftermarket suppliers
• Manage 2 parts associates (eventually) assuming continued growth
• Various other tasks - we are a small company and all pitch in with the small to-dos

Requirements:

• Must have a positive "team player" attitude and take pride in work
• Must be familiar and proficient with Excel or Google Sheets
• Must be very proficient on computers and web applications
• Must have a strong mechanical background
• Must have leadership / management experience
• Must be able to effectively and professionally communicate with other employees
• Previous parts or service experience

Schedule:

• M-F: 8-5

• $26-$36 / hr
