As the Used Car Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales and operations of our used car department. Duties:
- Manage all aspects of the used car department, including inventory control, pricing, and merchandising
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Train and motivate sales staff to achieve individual and departmental goals
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to improve performance
- Negotiate with customers to close deals and maximize profitability
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to used car sales
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in outbound sales, preferably in the automotive industry
- Excellent public speaking and presentation skills
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to effectively negotiate deals
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Proficient in retail math calculations
- Ability to effectively manage inventory control
