User Liaison jobs in Maine

User Liaison serves as a liaison between systems personnel and end users, such as a client or business unit. Provides systems analysis to ensure the needs of the user are met. Being a User Liaison may assist in system implementation or training. May require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Additionally, User Liaison typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. To be a User Liaison typically requires 2 to 4 years of related experience.     Responsibilities

    • Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 customer support as required, to collect, analyze and resolve trouble calls, application, or customer issues.
    • The Computer User Support Specialist will answer calls via the Global Distance Support Center (GDSC) and provide immediate IT phone support to users in Mechanicsburg PA and Kittery ME.

    Required Skills/qualifications

    • A minimum of three years of experience in a related information technology (IT) job. This experience includes providing Tier 1 and 2 help desk support assisting non-IT users for applications.
    • Requires CSWF IAT II certification per DoD 8570 Directive.

    Location: Government Site, Kittery ME

    • United States Citizenship (dual citizenship not authorized) and the ability to obtain an Active DoD eligibility with favorable determination is required per government contract.***
