Responsibilities
• Reviews equipment qualification/requalification protocols and test scripts with more senior Specialists
• Participates and may perform testing related to equipment validation/qualification
• Participates with department members to analyze data and writing and/or reviewing final reports and summaries for validation protocols
• Conducts special projects as directed by management
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with ability to use data and metrics for making assumptions and decisions. Ability to commit to a 10-week, full-time summer internship program
Qualifications
• Completed Junior or Senior Level courses towards an accredited Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write and edit technical documents, SOPs, instructions write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of supervisors s, clients, customers, and the general public
• Ability to apply basic math concepts
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
• Proficient in the use of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access, as this individual will perform work within these systems on a routine basis
