Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Analyst to join our dynamic team at Driverge Vehicle Innovations. The Operations Analyst will play a crucial role in enhancing operational efficiency, optimizing processes, and ensuring the smooth flow of operations within the company. This is a manufacturing position and will require a hands-on approach to the build and see through to completion of vehicles.
Responsibilities
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Utilize data analysis tools to assess and analyze operational data.
- Generate insightful reports to identify key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain dashboards for real-time monitoring of operational metrics.
- Process Optimization:
- Apply Lean and Continuous Improvement methodologies to identify inefficiencies and streamline processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.
- Conduct time and motion studies to identify opportunities for optimization.
- Performance Monitoring:
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of operational processes against established benchmarks.
- Implement measures to ensure the consistent achievement of operational goals.
- Identify and address any bottlenecks or obstacles to operational efficiency.
- Documentation and Standardization:
- Create and maintain documentation for standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure adherence to standardized processes across departments.
- Facilitate training sessions to communicate and implement new processes.
- Collaboration:
- Collaborate with various departments to understand their operational needs and challenges.
- Work closely with the leadership team to implement strategic initiatives.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Must have hands on experience in a manufacturing facility.
- Operations Management.
- Proven experience in operations analysis, process improvement, and data analysis.
- Strong proficiency in Lean and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
