Veterinary Dental Services is an independently owned, private, specialty practice located near routes 2 and 495, just 30 miles west of Boston, in the beautiful town of Boxborough, Massachusetts. We provide dentistry and oral surgery to cats and dogs from all over New England. Our new 5,200 sq. ft. facility is fully equipped for dentistry and oral surgery featuring: digital dental radiography, four dental tables, a sterile surgical suite, in-house laboratory, separate canine and feline wards, Cone Beam CT and a conference room.
We are looking for an experienced veterinary assistant to work 38-40 hours per week (Monday through Thursday) in out-patient appointments and some occasional front desk duties. Duties include patient husbandry, venipuncture, taking patient history, creating treatment plans, client educations, patient restraint, answering phones, scheduling appointments, medical record management, and supporting the doctors, technicians, and receptionists in other capacities as needed.

Salary is competitive and will be based on experience and education. We are looking to fill a full-time position however, we would also consider part-time candidates.
