Key Responsibilities
As the Vice President of Accounting and Controller, you will spearhead our financial operations, ensuring accuracy while embodying our values of integrity and growth. In this role, you will oversee the Payroll and Accounting Teams, providing guidance for their daily, monthly, and annual financial responsibilities.
Your Duties Include- Guaranteeing that financial statements are not only compliant but also reflect our achievements and progress.
- Supervising various accounting functions, from billing to payroll, with a focus on efficiency and precision.
- Driving process enhancements to support our team in our dynamic and expanding environment.
- Cultivating strong internal relationships to foster a collaborative work environment.
- Mentoring team members to support their professional development and growth.
We are seeking a seasoned accounting professional with a minimum of 10 years of experience in accounting, spanning both public and industry settings. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in managing multi-state payroll departments and hold a CPA License. Alongside a meticulous attention to detail, leadership skills and the ability to inspire others are essential traits we value.
