  • About US

Cronin is a proudly independent, full-service advertising agency that leverages the exponential force of creativity to help brands stand out and achieve their organizational objectives. While our work spans all categories, we have a particular strength in Financial Services, Health Care, Consumer Products & Services, and B2B. We’re building on our 75-year history of innovation, strategic smarts, and award-winning creativity to deliver powerful, end-to-end client experiences. We are part of a global network of independent agencies and work regionally, nationally, and globally.

Our culture is built upon respect. You must champion our ten core values:

Integrity. Curiosity. Creativity. Connected. Balanced. Unique. Genuine. Accountability. Empathetic. Tenacious.

Our agency motto is “all goat, no sheep”, which guides us on our mission to help our clients stand apart from their peers and drive interest, consideration, purchase, and usage of their products and services.

    About You

You espouse characteristics of our inspirational mascot – the goat. Like our Chief Motivating Officer, Birch, you are curious, nimble, inquisitive, and pretty darn smart. You are also a team player who leads by example and inspires all those around you in order to bring out the best in others.

You are confident in your abilities and knowledgeable about the Agency’s history, capabilities, experience, and related credentials, allowing you to represent the agency fully with prospective clients. You’ve got the numbers sense and the closing sense while understanding how to package and promote the work we create.

You are driven to succeed, and excited to work within our values framework as part of our herd and not as a lone wolf.
