The Company is seeking a Vice President of Finance and Administration to serve as the institution's chief financial officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the strategic planning of the budget, accounting, procurement, human resources, information technology, student business services, risk management, and facility management functions. This role involves providing administrative oversight of financial service units, coordinating the development of annual budget allocations, monitoring financial transactions, and serving as the internal control officer. The Vice President will also be the principal contract officer, responsible for reviewing and approving all institutional contracts. Applicants must have a minimum of five years' experience as a VP or Associate VP in a higher education institution or in a senior-level financial position in a similar setting. Experience in strategic planning, financial planning, budgeting, and a strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial standards is essential. The role requires a candidate with strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills, capable of working within a collaborative environment and interacting with diverse constituencies. A background in business, accounting, or a related field is required, and a CPA certification or advanced degree is preferred.
