Job Overview:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Visual Merchandiser to join our team. As a Visual Merchandiser, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing displays to attract customers and drive sales.

Duties:
- Design and set up visual displays in accordance with company guidelines
- Ensure a pleasurable shopping experience through customer engagement
- Implement visual design principles to enhance the overall aesthetic of the store
- Use retail math concepts to analyze sales data and optimize displays
- Maintain inventory of display materials and props
- Ensure that all displays are set up safely and in compliance with regulations

Experience:
- Strong time management skills to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively
- Willingness to take constructive feedback and apply it to task giving
- Knowledge of book sets and visual guidelines to complete task
- Background in visual retail marketing
- Ability to communicate effectively and work well with leadership

Pay: $14.50 per hour
