WHAT YOUR ROLE ENTAILS AND HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE
The Visual Merchandising Designer is responsible for end-to-end development of merchandising solutions. Working with the Visual Merchandising Manager, you will develop highly strategic, flexible, captivating visual display solutions based upon industry "best practices" to implement across the many sizes and layouts of store spaces. You must have the ability to produce a variety of innovative solutions in support of new product launches, seasonal programs, trade events, and new store development across the global market. The work must enhance and support specific product offerings, but also convey a compelling and consistent consumer experience in line with overall brand and retail strategies. You will also be responsible for providing total solution output across all phases of workflow, producing presentation materials; conceptual sketches, digital renderings, and physical sets. This role requires strong creative design skills, visual merchandising expertise (design principles), product presentation techniques, and the ability to understand and apply retailer specific strategy and requirements, consumer insights, category expertise, understanding of the retail environment, operational acumen, fixture knowledge, and awareness of industry trends.
