Visual Merchandising Manager creates, develops, and implements all visual merchandising programs. Leads the design of in-store visual displays in support of the organization's sales objectives. The Purpose:
Manage the execution and roll out of all in-store visual components from concept through completion for True Religion’s retail fleet of stores.
The Role:
Visual Merchandising
· Align with merch and marketing on key product initiatives and volume-driving buys to map out and define visual merchandising strategy to drive the business.
· Lead in-store floor set team to execute monthly floor sets and window presentations to completion.
· Documentation and creation of all visual directives and training documents
· Partner with allocations to communicate off-cycle visual updates (table refreshes, mannequin updates, etc) based on product launch dates, sell-throughs, and new releases to align with brand marketing strategy.
· Travel to new store openings and relocations to oversee the execution of all visual components as needed.
· District travel with DM’s as needed to provide in-field feedback and support.
Visual Operations
· Participate in weekly DM and district calls to communicate any in-store visual updates as well as address any visual concerns or signage needs.
· Manage and implement the photo collection process of visual sets and promo launches to enforce proper execution of rollouts and to share findings with cross-functional teams.
· Partner with in-house creative and project management teams to map out and build in-store visual components.
· Work with vendors to monitor shipping and tracking of all visual elements.
· Collaborate with the store operations team to create a weekly communication strategy for stores regarding training documents, feedback, and in-store asset arrival.
· Create weekly promo signage checklists to ensure in-store signage and visuals are set up.
· Assisting with setting up and taking down all brand visual initiatives as needed.

Required Minimum Experience:
· 5-10 years of experience in a visual merchandising role with knowledge of retail environments.
· Minimum 6 years of experience in a visual merchandising role at a corporate level
· High degree of proficiency in MS Office Suite, Adobe InDesign & Photoshop.
· Experience in Google Sketchup or similar three-dimensional rendering program preferred, but not required.
· Experience with a project management system (Asana, Jira, Monday, etc) is preferred, but not required.
