Being a Voice Communications Analyst ensures uninterrupted access to all voice telecommunication features, including voicemail, ACD or PBX systems. May research and recommend vendors. Additionally, Voice Communications Analyst may require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. To be a Voice Communications Analyst typically requires 0-2 years of related experience. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. Work is closely managed.     This role is based in Louisville, KY working in a hybrid environment, coming onsite 2-3 days/week

    Salary Range: $­­76,000 to $89,000 annually a target annual bonus of 6%. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-related factors.

    Responsibilities


    • Internal messaging & communication plan development
    • Work collaboratively with partners to comprehend the needs of multiple stakeholders and articulate communication goals
    • Develop easily understandable, timely, and engaging communication plans, working closely alongside subject matter experts from other functions and, at times, with other communication partners.
    • Identify ways to convey information so that it appears fresh and new utilizing a variety of imaginative communication platforms.
    • In-depth knowledge of and recommend the suite technologies and tools available within the department and identify the best way to utilize each to achieve communication priorities and reach stakeholders.

    • Use editing and content creation skills to craft digitally sharable and compelling content
    • Dot connector
    • Think beyond initial request and identify connection points to other projects across the function


    Minimum Requirements


    • Degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism or English preferred 5 years’ experience in communications, marketing or agency; on-the-job experience will be considered in lieu of degree
    • Visual aptitude – ability to distill messages and utilize multiple ways to achieve the desired outcome across various media
    • Exceptional writing skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products
    • Organic learner – always growing new skills and staying on the cutting edge of what is new
