Voice Communications Manager is responsible for managing the policies and procedures of voice communications. Ensures uninterrupted access to all voice telecommunication features including voicemail, ACD or PBX systems. In this role, the Project Manager will serve as the client-facing lead for multiple workstreams managing tasks to include the overall project timeline, communications plan, outreach strategy, written and design materials, and leadership messaging, while collaborating with and overseeing a team of content developers and editors to support execution of the above tasks.
