We’re a mission-driven organization empowering people for social good in Washington County. We’re looking for someone extraordinary to join our amazing team. Our Volunteer & Program Coordinator is an integral part of our team and serves as a liaison between our 55 nonprofit member organizations, community and business partners, and volunteers. In this role, you will help develop and execute innovative events and programs that connect community members to the volunteer needs of our nonprofit partners. You will help execute our pillar programs: such as the Do Good Bus, Camp SuperHero, The Kindness Project, and Get Connected. You must be flexible and able to work occasional evenings and weekends. As a small team, every member wears many hats so if you enjoy variety and a fast-paced environment where you can really make an impact, this may be the role for you. Along with volunteer coordination, you may be asked to help on email, collateral, events, community outreach, presenting to schools, and more. Measurment and tracking is critical, so you must be comfortable using the computer (and programs like Excel). Strong organizational skills and great attention to detail are a must.
