Full Time Day/Swing Shift Position: The position is responsible for the daily set-up and operation of several hydraulic CNC controlled press brakes in a production/job shop environment.
We would prefer to hire someone with experience, but we are willing to train. Please read below.
The ideal Press Brake Operator must have successful press brake operation experience forming sheet metal. Ability to identify material types, apply basic blueprint reading. Demonstrated use of measuring tools, calipers and height gauges are required. The operator would perform all set-up and maintenance operations on the machines so that products are formed to meet defined specifications. The Press Brake Operator works with minimal direction and must strive for continuous improvement and cost savings.
