Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Manager to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse management, supply chain operations, and transportation management systems.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
• Coordinate and manage projects, ensuring deadlines are met
• Maintain office supplies and inventory
• Schedule appointments and manage calendars
• Assist with billing and invoicing using QuickBooks
• Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues
• Manage social media
• Reach out and interact with future clients
• Unload materials and merchandise from incoming vehicles and stack them to assigned places
• Locate and move stock of products to pallets or crates for storage or shipment
• Identify damages and report shortages or quality deficiencies
• Keep updated records of inventory and activity logs
• Comply with company policies and legal guidelines
• Help maintain a safe and orderly environment of the facilities
• Serves Customers by selling products and meeting customer needs.
• Responsible for answering phones, triage and directing calls as well as emails
• Learn products and be able to make recommendations
• Help both residential and commercial customers resolve issues
• Ability to lift 50 lbs

Skills:

· Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

· Proficient computer literacy, including knowledge of Google Suite, MS Office (Excel) and QuickBooks

· Excellent typing skills with attention to detail and accuracy

· Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Must have reliable transportation
• Hours: M-F 6:00AM-5:00PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
