Warehouse operations are carried out primarily at a central point with one satellite location.
What we need from you:
· Manage and improve existing and experienced staff.
o Chart and review productivity and KPI Performance.
o Assign and schedule employees properly to achieve top results.
o Evaluate, hire, recruit, counsel and terminate staff as needed.
o Review and update general policy and procedures.
· Manage and improve existing warehouse fundamental processes:
o Receiving
o Order processing, sortation, packing, allocations and prepacking.
o Manage internal shipping functions.
o Overview internal trucking function.
o Coordinate with external trucking.
o Assure overall inventory and records accuracy.
o Maximize space usage of facilities
· Manage and improve existing accuracy and compliance audits.
· Assure the operation of a safe, clean, and organized warehouse.
· Help plan, budget, and assure continued growth and performance of the warehouse environment especially to allow us to grow retail outlets with proper support
· Excellent understanding of warehouse systems and an strong Excel skills helpful.
· Strong leadership skills and outstanding soft people skills. Solve problems.
