Summary: Responsible for training, mentoring and supervising the Inside Sales/Support Sales staff. Ensures the highest quality of service and knowledge to assist the Outside Sales team. Other responsibilities include placing special orders, preparing quotes, preparing orders for the delivery of products to the job site, waiting on customers, answering telephone inquiries, and knowledge of products and vendors. Responsible for coordinating their own assigned accounts as deemed necessary by the Market Sales Manager.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
