A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A WARRANTY COORDINATOR SPECIALIST
As a Warranty Coordinator Specialist, you and our Homeowner Relations team are crucial to our success! In order to provide our clients with the very best in home building services, you will assist with managing the complaint resolution process, guiding both builders and homeowners in their warranty responsibilities to resolve warranty issues.
In addition, the Warranty Coordinator Specialist will work collaboratively with homeowners, our builder members, as well as their subcontractors in order to facilitate the repair process by evaluating homeowner repair requests, assigning work orders, and monitoring the status of repairs for completion. You will effectively communicate with internal teams and customers to maintain up-to-date company records. Your attention to detail and accuracy help keep our business running smoothly.
You cheerfully handle incoming telephone and email customer inquiries. Your positive, friendly disposition comes through in all of your interactions and our clients and staff enjoy working with you. You are good at establishing procedures and processes to keep everything flowing and organized. You see what needs to be done and jump right in.
