Experienced Warranty Coordinator / Senior Warranty Administrator

Due to expansion and unprecedented growth, we are in need of an EXPERIENCED Senior A utomotive Warranty Administrator to round out our service team.

As an Automotive Warranty Administrator, you will work with a world-class dealership providing warranty and service administrative support.

This is a challenging and multi-faceted position working in an automotive dealership. We are looking for a person who has automotive industry experience.

Experienced Warranty Coordinator / Senior Warranty Administrator Duties :

Process warranty claims and paperwork on a timely basis for each franchise / distributor

Reconcile warranty receivables with payments and post on computer

Handle rejected claims according to dealership or manufacturer specifications and follow up on outstanding claims

Track warranty parts and follow through

File and maintain service records

Answer phones and greet service customers in a pleasant and professional manner

Schedule appointments

Other service coordinator duties as assigned by management

Experienced Warranty Coordinator / Senior Warranty Administrator Qualifications :

• Computer and data entry skills
• Process Oriented
• Fast Paced Quick Learner
• Customer Service Skills
• Previous dealership experience is a plus
• High School Diploma / GED required
