Waste Water Treatment Plant Manager supervises the operations and maintenance of a wastewater treatment plant to ensure compliance with regulatory procedures and reporting practices.     We are seeking a skilled Water Treatment Specialist to join our team. As a Water Treatment Specialist, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining water treatment systems, ensuring the quality and safety of the water supply. This is a vital role in maintaining public health and environmental sustainability.

    Responsibilities:
    - Operate and maintain water treatment equipment, including pumps, filters, and chemical feed systems
    - Monitor water quality through regular sampling and analysis
    - Adjust treatment processes to meet regulatory standards and optimize efficiency
    - Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning
    - Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions as needed
    - Maintain accurate records of treatment processes, chemical usage, and equipment maintenance
    - Collaborate with team members to develop and implement process improvements
    - Comply with all safety protocols and regulations

    Requirements:
    - High school diploma or equivalent
    - Previous experience in water treatment or related field preferred
    - Knowledge of wastewater treatment processes and equipment operation
    - Ability to perform heavy lifting and operate heavy equipment as required
    - Basic plumbing skills for installation and repair of water treatment systems
    - Proficient in analyzing water samples using laboratory techniques
    - Familiarity with distributed control systems (DCS) for monitoring and controlling treatment processes
    - Strong problem-solving skills to identify issues and implement effective solutions
    - Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations for chemical dosing and system adjustments
