Soft Water, Inc. is seeking a motivated territory sales representative for our Waukesha office. Family owned and operated since 1946, Soft Water, Inc. has been a leader in residential, commercial & industrial water treatment solutions in SE Wisconsin for the past 75 years.

*Competitive Pay (Based on experience - Salary Based $50,000 Monthly Bonus plan ~ 25-45k) If you have prior water treatment experience, you should be able to step right in and hit the ground running at or near the higher end of the bonus plan.

What we are looking for:

*Ideal candidate will have water treatment experience (Water softeners,Iron Filters, Reverse Osmosis, Commercial Equipment is a plus), or equivalent customer service experience, but we are also willing to train the right individual.

*Self-motivated individual w/ ability and desire to manage & build your territory.

*Focus on exceptional customer service with an attention to detail and follow-up.

The primary responsibilities for this position are to communicate with customers, set appointments, analyze their water treatment needs and recommend water treatment solutions for their water problems.

Equally as important, we are looking to build solid, long-lasting relationships with both new and existing customers in their homes, surrounding neighborhoods and businesses.

Company leads are provided, but it is also necessary to be motivated and prospect for new customers and business opportunities as well. Our products are great as is our pricing, service and reputation, so you are selling good products at reasonable prices.
