Kinetico Water Systems, a family-owned and -operated water purification company founded in 2006, is leading the way with innovation and sustainability in the water treatment industry. We’re helping others take special care of their three biggest priorities - their personal health, family, and home - and we’re looking for INSTALLATION AND SERVICE TECHNICIANS FOR OUR RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERCIAL SECTOR!

Our ideal candidate has some previous experience in the water purification industry, but you don’t have to have water treatment experience to apply! Plumbing experience is preferred but not required. We are looking for team players that love to learn. This is a local DAYSHIFT position starting at 8:00am with 40 hours a week. You’ll be an hourly employee PLUS COMMISSION AND OVERTIME PAY.. Your pay will be determined based on your experience. Our company is small but mighty at around 14 team members. Once hired, you’ll receive on-the-job training.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Installing/Servicing Kinetico water systems for all clients (Training provided upon hire)
• Working with other technicians on a regular basis
• Building and sustaining client relationships
• Consistently working with our Installation or Serivice Coordinator
• Professionalism and punctuality to work and appointments
• Attendance and participation in daily morning team meetings
• Documenting everything within our Customer Relationship Management system, ServiceTitan
• Selling extra equipment & accessories when the opportunity arises

Required:

• Some mechanical common sense
• Detail-oriented
• A positive attitude and good verbal communication skills
• Ability to work well with various personalities
• Willing to work hard and learn
• Willing to do what it takes to get the job done
• Consistently meet and exceed personal and team qualitative and quantitative targets
• Must be able and willing to lift 75 lbs on a regular basis
• Valid driver’s license & good driving record
• Must pass drug screening & background check

Preferred/A Plus:

• Some experience in the water treatment industry
• Some plumbing knowledge and/or experience
• 1-2 years experience in a labor-intensive or service job
• Mechanical knowledge and/or experience
• Basic electrical knowledge and/or experience
