Position Summary
The Web Designer is a forward-thinking, analytical individual who will be a go-to expert in our organization for
building high-quality websites designed to drive results. You will work in a collaborative team environment that
encourages you to perform at your best, with opportunities to grow your skills and experience. You will be
challenged to combine technology and design to create inviting, easy-to-use websites for both our company, and
our clients, while monitoring performance and optimizing towards KPI (Key Performance Indicators). Our ideal
prospect has a solid understanding of digital marketing, SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and web design best
practices.

This person will work within the Strategic Marketing and Communications (SMAC) department reporting to the
Vice President of Digital Strategy and will work closely with other teams within the organization as needed and
must be an excellent communicator. We rely on your initiative, creativity and analytical abilities to generate best
practices and create highly effective websites to help propel the team and business forward.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and execute front end website design and content strategy in CMS (Client Management System)

• Work with a Project Manager and communicate with customers directly when setting up a website.
• Drive acquisition, engagement and retention of web visitors to all CreativeOne web properties, increasing lead

generation, customer engagement and customer acquisition by collecting and analyzing data on website usage
to improve performance and conversion rates.

• Update and ensure optimized website content for SEO, lead gen campaigns, product launches, webinars,

• Lead and execute back-end website design and development, including integration with lead generation

• Responding to reports of technical problems and working with the team to fix them quickly.
• Liaising with Project Managers, Copywriters, Graphic Designers, Digital Marketers and Developers to ensure

that tasks are completed on time.

• Experience working with CMS platforms such as Duda, Weebly & WordPress.
• Deep understanding of digital marketing, web content and customer journey best practices.
• Proficiency in website programming languages such as HTML & CSS.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Must possess a portfolio with design examples.
• Analytical, detail-oriented and ability to work independently and in a team environment.
