Position Summary
The Web Designer is a forward-thinking, analytical individual who will be a go-to expert in our organization for
building high-quality websites designed to drive results. You will work in a collaborative team environment that
encourages you to perform at your best, with opportunities to grow your skills and experience. You will be
challenged to combine technology and design to create inviting, easy-to-use websites for both our company, and
our clients, while monitoring performance and optimizing towards KPI (Key Performance Indicators). Our ideal
prospect has a solid understanding of digital marketing, SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and web design best
practices.
This person will work within the Strategic Marketing and Communications (SMAC) department reporting to the
Vice President of Digital Strategy and will work closely with other teams within the organization as needed and
must be an excellent communicator. We rely on your initiative, creativity and analytical abilities to generate best
practices and create highly effective websites to help propel the team and business forward.
