As a Web Designer for AP Lazer, you will play a pivotal role in creating visually compelling and user friendly designs for our website and digital assets. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate our brand identity into engaging online experiences that resonate with our target audience. Your creativity, attention to detail, and technical expertise will be instrumental in enhancing our online presence and improving user engagement.

Responsibilities

Design and develop visually appealing website layouts, graphics, and landing pages align with the companies brand identity and objectives.

Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize and communicate design ideas.

Optimize website designs for usability, accessibility, and responsiveness across mobile and desktop devices.

Implement UI/UXX best practices to enhance the overall user experience and maximize engagement and conversion rates.

Recommend innovation solutions to improve website aesthetics and functionality.

Work closely with the developer to ensure seamless integration of design elements into the website and troubleshoot any design-related issues.

Collaborate with marketing, sales and production teams to understand business requirements and translate them into innovative design concepts and solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in graphic design, web design or related field.

Proven experiences as a web designer or UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing web design projects.

Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or sketch

Solid understanding of HTML, CSS and responsive web design principles.

Experience with web design tools and frameworks such as Adobe XD or Figma.

Strong visual Design skills, with keen eye for typography, color theory, and layout composition.

Knowledge of UX design principles and best practices including user research, wireframing, and prototyping.

Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $28.80 per hour
