The Grand Tradition Estate is Southern California's premier private event facility. Created in 1984, the Grand Tradition offers the ultimate in amenities to accommodate a wide range of events including weddings and receptions as well as banquets, proms, anniversaries, birthdays, Bar Mitzvahs, concerts, Quinceneras, dinner dances, garden tours and many other special events. The Grand Tradition Estate consists of thirty acres of lavishly landscaped grounds, and can accommodate guest counts ranging from 50 to 3,000. Scope of Position
Role is responsible for supporting the Sales Manager and Events Manager to ensure that the needs and wants of clients are met for each event. The Wedding Coordinator will meet with clients prior to event to ensure proper planning, communication and execution; direct staff and vendors; follow event timeline; and pay close attention to all details of each event. Position will also require providing tours of the estate to potential clients and communicate company services.
