SUMMARY
Responsible for coordinating all Homeowner only Weddings throughout the year.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer all inquiries for Homeowner Weddings
- Able to answer emails 4 days a week (dates TBD)
- Responible for all contracts and payments of owners
- Responsible for all communications with Owners and Wedding Coordinators
- Schedule site tours, if necessary, with the owner and an on-site team member
- Responsible for keeping the vendor insurance and contracts up to date
- Be on site for all weddings, housing to be provided by Alys Beach
- Provide appropriate paperwork to accounting on behalf of vendors. Follow up to ensure that
- Set up equipment needed to maintain activities.
- Coordinate with Marketing Department for any updates to the Wedding Brochure
- Update and distribute collateral.
- Help with the three main festivals at Alys Beach (30A Wine Festival, Digital Graffiti, Alys Beach
- Act as an extension of the Alys Beach brand.
- High school degree or equivalent and a minimum of 3 years of event in recreation or activity
hospitality).
- Ability to read, write, and speak English.
- Strong oral and written skills required.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills required.
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds without assistance.
- Ability to work mainly outside
- Ability to work nights, Holidays, and weekends
