WE LOVE OUR WORK.
Your daily responsibilities include:
- Manages F&B office operations, supplies and equipment for office personnel
- Assists with departmental files, time and attendance issues
- Works independently and within a team on special, nonrecurring, and on-going projects. May work on special projects at the request of property leadership; which may include planning and coordinating presentations, disseminating information and organizing events.
- Schedules and organizes complex and detailed activities including but not limited to meetings and departmental training sessions
- Reconciles expenses and submits reimbursement requests for processing
- Assist with team member timecards and may submit payroll for approval
- Assists in the receiving and monitoring departmental invoices and tracking of capital expenditure projects
- Utilizes Microsoft programs to develop and maintain spreadsheets, databases, correspondence, reports, charts, graphs, etc. as requested
- Identifies administrative needs of the department and develops appropriate solutions or recommendations
- Participates in meetings and trainings as required
- Communicates with all internal and external guests in a professional and efficient manner
- Handles complimentary and reservations as requested
- Places, accepts and screens telephone calls and refers calls to others, as appropriate
- Maintains strict confidentially of all files, communications, business information and team member information

To be successful in this position it will require the following skill set:
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent required. Business school or associate degree a plus
- Prior experience supporting senior level executives preferred
- Must be proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Good verbal & written communication skills, must be fluent and literate in English
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Capacity to work independently with minimal direction
- Must be able to listen and respond to visual and aural cues
- On occasion, must be able to tolerate areas containing second hand smoke, high noise levels, and bright lights
- Knowledge of the hotel/casino industry a plus
- Teamwork – ability to work collaboratively within the outlet for effective day to day operations
- Compliance with all regulatory, governmental, and safety requirement
- Ability to meet deadlines and effectively manage multiple priorities in a demanding work environment
- Knowledge of and compliance with department, property and company policies and procedures
- Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations including ability to push, pull, carry and lift up to 25 lbs., and the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel and balance when performing job duties in varying work areas such as confined spaces
