Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team in the industrial valve repair industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing welding tasks safely and efficiently, ensuring all work meets quality standards and specifications.

Responsibilities:

Perform various welding tasks including MIG, TIG, and stick welding.

Weld parts in accordance with job specifications and blueprints.

Inspect and test welded surfaces and structures to discover flaws.

Ensure all safety protocols and procedures are followed.

Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of welding experience, preferably in an industrial setting.

Proficient in MIG, TIG, and stick welding techniques.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

Strong attention to detail and quality standards.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.

Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly.

Commitment to safety and continuous improvement.

Working Hours:

Full-Time Position: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM with frequent overtime and weekends as needed to meet customer deliveries. Schedule changes may also be required.
