Who We Are Looking For:

Youth Development Coach (YDC) is responsible for the direct supervision of youth, activities in all areas of therapeutic programming, including all daily activities including, but not limited to, education, recreational, group activities, hygiene, meals, visitation, life skills, and spiritual services in secured and non-secured residential facilities.

Job Duties:

• Completes reports, and daily logs.
• Assist on transportation for picking up and dropping off youth daily.
• Interaction and mentoring.
• Must comply with foundational theory of the program while at work, Restorative Practice and Restorative Justice.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
