Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Program Director to oversee general daily operations from an operations and administrative perspective. The primary responsibilities will include program operation, development and management of program services for clients. You will oversee service delivery and maintenance of program integrity. A successful Program Director must have a broad knowledge of program management principles. They must have a strategic mindset as well as be able to interact with management, clients and staff. The goal is to ensure every service will be delivered substantially and add the highest possible value to the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise program staff to ensure effective service delivery
• Develop and implement program policies and procedures
• Oversee program budgets and financial operations
• Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance program effectiveness
• Provide leadership in program development and evaluation
• Maintain relationships with individuals with addictions and/or mental health issues
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in substance use programs
