Restore Hyper Wellness is seeking a Wellness Representative to join its established health and wellness studio in South Portland, Maine.

Restore Hyper Wellness is the leading provider of health and wellness modalities in the United States; with a mission to help people feel better so they can do more of what they love. In a national chain with 250 locations – the South Portland studio is already a high performing (top 5%) operation – now striving to be the best!

Wellness Representatives are the face of each Restore location and play an integral role in delivering a high-quality customer experience. A passion for helping people look and feel their best is essential!

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and assist them with Restore's wellness services
• Help clients over the phone, return important voicemails, and facilitate the booking, scheduling, and cancellation process.
• Onboard new clients; this involves completing waivers and creating profiles in our point-of-sale system.
• Conduct studio tours and sell products, service packages, and memberships
• Educate clients on Restore services
• Perform opening and closing procedures
• Maintain a safe, clean and secure environment for all guests and employees

Key Qualifications:

• A passion for health and wellness!
• At least one year of customer service experience in a retail environment.
• Weekend availability
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Tech-savvy; able to learn point-of-sale systems and complex equipment.
