RESPONSIBILITIES: Kforce has a client in Tempe, AZ that is seeking a Wire Transfer Operation Analyst. This position is within the Wire Investigations team will be responsible for handling and resolving wire transfer issues. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following wire research: wire amendments, recalls, and returns and traces. The role may also include general ledger account research, updates to procedures, process maps and job aids and creation of training materials. This is a hybrid role - the Wire Transfer Operation Analyst will need to go to the office 1 to 2 times per month.
REQUIREMENTS: * 3-5 years of operational banking experience strongly preferred * Strong ability to multi-task and support cross-functional teams * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Strong problem solving and research skills and ability to identify issues requiring escalation * Works well independently as well as part of a cohesive team * Strong organizational and time management skills

Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
