The HR Coordinator conducts the onboarding orientation along with the Director of Fleet Maintenance & Safety. The Coordinator helps with gathering information for Executives regarding union matters. The Coordinator plans benefit open enrollment for Management and Administrative Staff; he/she researches and provides data to 401K Plan advisors and other supplemental plan providers. The HR Coordinator confers with the Hawaii Employers Council on all Human Resources issues.
