Being a Women's Athletics Director schedules use of facilities, transportation, and sporting events. Also responsible for fundraising, publicity, ticket pricing and distribution, and purchase of new equipment. Additionally, Women's Athletics Director requires a bachelor's degree. Redline Athletics - Idlewild is a 13,000 square foot Sports Performance Training facility located in Charlotte, NC off Albemarle Road. Our center includes an indoor turf field, full-length batting cages, half basketball court, and a state-of-the-art strength room. While we focus primarily on semi-private group training youth athletes 8 to18 years old, we also offer 1-on-1 skill instructions, team training, and sport specific training for youth athletes.
Our training programs offer clients the ability to improve their performance and reduce their risk of injury in a dynamic, fast-paced, and enjoyable training environment. As the Director of Sports Performance, you will inspire and empower the people in our community to make positive health choices and change their lives by joining our team and creating a fun, high-energy atmosphere where youth athletes can train like the pros.
Responsibilities of this position include implementation of the Redline training programs; member retention through outstanding training performance and communication; and extensive outreach and marketing skills.
