Looking to hire an experienced Workers Compensation/Litigation Paralegal to join our firm in our Charleston, West Virginia office. Candidates should have experience working in a law firm or legal office with pleadings, discovery, depositions, motions, briefs, and appeals. At least five years’ experience as a paralegal is preferred, and certification while a definite plus, is not required for consideration.
The ideal candidate is a team player with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. They must be confident, highly motivated, possess excellent communication skills, highly organized and work well in a fast-paced office environment.
