    Job Description Summary

    The Workforce Analyst will analyze and provide recommendations of contact volume patterns utilizing workforce management software to develop forecasting models. Generate schedule to maximize efficiencies. Develop, implement, and execute shift, vacation, and holiday bid process. Short- and long-term staff and volume planning.

    What You’ll Do

    • Analyze contact volume patterns by queue/type
    • Utilize WFM software to develop forecasting models, predict call volume and key contact statistics, email volume, web form volume, Chat and the addition of future media types.
    • Ensure schedules are generated on a regular basis to maximize effective allocation of resources.
    • Communicate necessary real time and proactive adjustments to workforce requirements based on changing/dynamic forecasts; re-forecast when necessary.
    • Develop, implement and execute shift, vacation, and holiday bid processes.

    Knowledge/Skills/Background/Experience

    • 1-3 years workforce analyst experience in a call center environment
    • Analytical minded and problem solver
    • Must be well organized, possess excellent telephone, computer and written and oral communication skills.
