    Job Overview:

    The Senior Analyst – Workforce Management will be a team member with the Investor Focused Solutions (IFS) team. Your role will be essential to optimizing the productivity of the IFS team through capacity modeling, scheduling & forecasting to ensure proper phone coverage and staffing, and developing reports to support a growing business. While reporting is a key component of this role, you’ll also have opportunities to create and find compelling ways of communicating key business insights. This role offers an opportunity for growth as the business grows.

    Responsibilities:

    • Organize, manage, and provide data essential to business operations
    • Analyze call volume data, identify trends, and proactively initiate corrective and/or preventative action plans to the IFS leadership team
    • Responsible for call center reports, highlighting performance on a variety of KPIs at both the skill and agent level
    • Generate standard and ad-hoc reports as well as provide real-time queue management
    • Act as a liaison between the Investor Focused Solutions team and our Omnichannel technology business partners
    • Complete testing & data validation as we continue to evolve our technology
    • Track key business metrics, connecting back to business objectives and identifying opportunities/risks
    • Manage the technology requests and proper skill set-up when onboarding new hires for IFS team members
    • Adjust skill & priority assignments for the team as needed to meet call demands
    • Conduct predictive modeling and forecasting to assist leadership team with capacity planning
    • Take ownership of assigned analytics scope, working through ambiguity and collaborating cross-functionally to find value-added solutions and drive work to completion
    • Report and follow up on technical issues the team experiences

    Requirements & Skills:

    • Bachelor's degree
    • Strong business reasoning: extracting key insights from data and connecting to big picture
    • 2 years experience supporting a business with analytics; financial services knowledge preferred
    • No need for advanced programming ability in this specific role, but you’ll need basic SQL to fetch data and basic Python to transform/analyze large datasets
    • Organizing data and creating visualizations in Microsoft Excel & Smartsheet
    • Basic modeling and forecasting in Microsoft Excel, with opportunity to grow this skill and build more sophisticated forecast models in future
    • Crafting reports and presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint
    • Clear written and verbal communication, tailoring content appropriately to various levels of management
    • Workforce Management experience and familiarity with Nice CX One or similar call center technology is a plus


    Pay Range:

    $68,080-$102,120/year

    Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
