Saw Jockey has an opportunity for a great person to join our fast-paced, professional company as an Executive Assistant. In this role you will work as part of a dynamic and professional team providing support to the owners, general manger and sales to ensure success.

Duties include (but not limited to):

• Preserve confidentiality of information.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to organize and prioritize a variety of tasks/projects.
• Relay accurate information to staff, ensuring proficient, quality customer experiences.
• Maintain neat and professional area, digital documentation and file storage.
• Assist with payroll such as verrifing time cards and prepare certified payroll reports.
• Account Collections
• Provide office support as needed to Owners, GM, Dispatch, and Sales.

Requirements:

• 2 Years office environment.
• Quickbooks knowledge (useful but not required)
• Type 30-40 wpm
• Knowledge of G Suite or Microsoft Office
• Must be computer and technology proficient.
• Pass a required pre-employment drug screen
• Possess a valid driver's license and good driving history.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• No weekends
