The Employee Relations/Shared Services Representative II researches and analyzes data pertaining to human resources. Administers human resources policies and procedures that pertain to employee relations. Being an Employee Relations/Shared Services Representative II helps identify and analyze any employee relations issues and possible resolutions. Implements programs to increase employee satisfaction. In addition, Employee Relations/Shared Services Representative II may require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. Being an Employee Relations/Shared Services Representative II gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work.
